Jessica Henlon esterine has been an active professional in the real estate industry since 2002 . After a few years as a Real Estate Agent she went on to add to her portfolio Mortgage Broker and quickly became a Million Dollar producer for a Real Estate firm in Orlando , Florida . She continued her career with several notable Real Estate companies where she gained additional experience that prepared her to launch Blair Realty Group in 2010 .
Nesterine continued to earn the admiration and respect of her peers and customers but her desire to provide the highest level of service to both buyers , sellers and her peers left her searching for more . In 2015 she partnered with Prosperity Partners because she saw the necessity to educate the underserved market with financial education .
She is the proud single mother of two college graduates and is a volunteer of the Darrell Armstrong Foundation for Premature Babies , a volunteer at the Don ’ t Touch Me foundation for Abused Women and sits on the Hospitability and community outreach for her church .
What would you define as a Woman Warrior ? A woman warrior is someone who knows what they want in life and they work to achieve it until they get it .
What Obstacles did you overcome to get to where you are today ? I was divorced with two kids and quickly became a single mother . I worked for different real estate companies before starting my own business which allowed me to send both kids through college .
What are your current endeavors and future goals ? My current endeavor is educating individuals to become financially independent and helping families own a part of the american dream .
What word of advice would you like to share ? My words of advice would be it ’ s never too late to become who you are destined to be ! n

With that , she has acquired a deep love for culture , art , travel , and education . She has earned her Master ’ s degree in Counseling , a Bachelor ’ s degree in Psychology , a Child Care Director ’ s Credential , and is pursuing a PhD in Psychology . Along with her professional training , she has over 20 years of experience working with people in various community and educational settings . Her experience includes social work ; where some of her duties ranged from working with at-risk youth , homelessness , and educational development . She then started working in higher education dealing with crisis management , personal development , behavior modification , student life and event planning .
What would you define as a Woman Warrior ? When I hear Woman Warrior , the first thing that comes to mind are the beautiful women portrayed in the movie Black Panther ! There were so many strong women leaders in that movie who were still very much womanly and in charge . I admire the balance of strength and compassion , and would say the definition is a woman who can own her space , own her role , take command while still having a supportive role .
What Obstacles did you overcome to get to where you are today ? I ’ ve never looked at my life as having “ obstacles ” per se . Of course there have been set backs and things have not gone my way , but I was raised to have a positive outlook and to look at those as opportunities . When things don ’ t go as planned , I usually try again in a different way .
What inspired you to become the woman that you are today ? I am a strong proponent for higher education , personal development and arts & entertainment . Having the long-term goal of having a professional career has kept me focused on pushing forward ( in many areas ) and I ’ ve always looked up to my Mother as inspiration to do my best and to hold myself to a high standard . Other notable women that I looked up to growing up include Oprah , Tyra Banks , Nikki Giovani , and Janet Jackson .
What word of advice would you like to share ? My favorite quote from Maya Angelou which is inspiration to keep on pushing through tough times and not let obstacles derail you . “ You may encounter many defeats , but you must not be defeated . In fact , it may be necessary to encounter the defeats , so you can know who you are , what you can rise from , and how you can still come out of it .” - Maya Angelou n
