PAJERO CLUB GENERAL MEETING August 19 th , 2020 Meeting held via Zoom Webinar
Attendance : 182 members
Minutes :
Opened by President Neil Phillips : 7:30pm Neil welcomed all members , thanking them for attending the virtual meeting . He then introduced Terry Barbie to explain all the do ’ s and dont ’ s using zoom during the meeting .
Neil introduced the Executive and sub-committee members for the benefit of new members . He acknowledged the support of the Executive and then made comment on the individual committee members .

Acceptance of July General Meeting minutes . Moved : Terry Barbie Seconded : Ian Fieldhouse . Carried unanimously
Neil asked Terry to present the Clubman award . This award went to David Boutchard for his outstanding contribution to the club with the implementation of the Wild Apricot IT system .
