Blythe Richardson Smith started working for Simply Delicious three years ago after Chef Patty Wingo had catered her own wedding . Patty and her team at Simply Delicious made a fantastic impression , doing such a phenomenal job that Blythe said she called Patty and exclaimed , “ There is no way you cannot be in my life anymore !” And just like that , Blythe became an integral part of the Simply Delicious family . She has served in catering , client relations , event planning , finance and bar service . Most recently , Blythe has assumed the role of Bar Manager for Simply Delicious and looks forward to continuing to work with clients to organize and create a cohesive experience for their wedding .
