This may be learned through observation or discussion . Another way to establish this is to perform personality tests such as Myers Briggs , Enneagram , Strengths Finder or The Extended DISC System . These can help determine how people are best approached and how they wish to communicate . By understanding the people engaged in discussion , it can keep communication beneficial to all parties .
Starting an employee relationship with a good foundation including a company vision , goals , clear expectations , and the establishment of trust , provides a positive culture employees value . Effective communication begins with the organization ’ s leadership . Forming a basis for openness , trust , and support , with frequent , constructive meetings , will help to ensure the overall success of the organization .
