When Dr. Jaouni’s Firewheel practice grew to provide both endodontic
and periodontic care, the value of adding other specialists
to the mix became clear. He and his team of providers enjoy
their close working relationship. “Working together has given us
an opportunity to get to know each other well and build friendships.
That makes working together a pleasant experience, because
I really enjoy the camaraderie we have and appreciate

Dr. Jaouni’s patients appreciate his commitment to providing
“gentle touch” endodontic care. In his practice, every opportunity
to enhance patient comfort has been addressed, from quality
headphones and video, to the Dentapen anesthetic delivery
device that minimizes discomfort during the numbing process.
A full range of sedation options are available, including nitrous
oxide, oral sedation, or a combination of the two, as well as IV
sedation if necessary.
Patients can feel reassured that their health is a top priority during
any appointment at the practice, and that the latest CDC,
TDA, and ADA guidelines for PPE, disinfection, and sterilization
are being strictly followed. The impact of the recent COVID-19
crisis has been minimal for this conscientious practice since a
high level of protection has been in place from the first day of
operation. Dr. Jaouni uses a Sterisil Straw water filtration system,
which works to continuously disinfect dental unit water
lines so safe and clean water is always available, and a high-rate
air filtration system to remove airborne pathogens. In the early
days of the crisis, Dr. Jaouni acquired the latest technology for
generating unlimited stable hypochlorous acid using salt, water,
and electricity to ensure that disinfection protocol is never interrupted
by supply disruptions.
Dr. Jaouni considers referring doctors an integral part of the collaborative
care team. “We strive to be valuable partners to our
