CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS Conference Proceedings will be available shortly after the conference on the conference website . To access the proceedings , please visit the Utility Management Conference online program . Proceedings will be available until February 6 , 2022 .
CONTINUING EDUCATION Available for sessions and workshops , ( up to . 2 CEUs ). Please verify requirements with your licensing agency to receive credit for your attendance .
CONTINUING EDUCATION UNIT ( CEU )/ PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOUR ( PDH ) Use the UMC Mobile App to earn Certificates of Completion for sessions and workshops . Please verify requirements with your licensing agency to receive credit for your attendance .
Instructions :
• Download the App “ AWWA Events ” from your app store
• Open the Event 2021 Utility Management Conference
• Login to the App using Last Name & the number printed beneath barcode on your badge
• Each session has a unique “ check-in ” and “ check-out ” code , to track your attendance
• The moderator will announce the check-in code and check-out code for each session
• Using the App , enter the codes into the Parent Session ( not each talk ) upon arrival and upon leaving the room

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES AWWA and WEF are committed to protecting public health . We are following recommended COVID safety measures and protocols based on CDC and Hotel requirements for our employees and attendees during the event .

• Non vaccinated participants are required to wear a mask inside the conference facility , including the conference hotels when participating at an AWWA Conference event .

MOBILE APP The conference mobile app provides up-to-the-minute changes to the printed program . It allows you to search by speaker , sponsors , and more ! Search your app store for “ AWWA events ,” ( powered by TPNI ) open the application , and choose Utility Management Conference . Logging in is not required to browse the app ; however , to build your personal schedule , and track CEUs , please use the login credentials that were emailed to you also available at Registration .
PRESENTER READY ROOM Room 202 – Level 2
Presenters and moderators can use this room to prepare in a quiet environment . The room is unattended , and no electrical or audiovisual equipment will be provided . If you need assistance , please visit the Registration desk . Presenters should check in at Registration as soon as possible on arriving at the conference .
UMC21 REGISTRATION Prefunction Area – Level 2
Everyone attending the conference must register and wear a badge . Your badge is your admission pass to the technical sessions , luncheons , and receptions .
