VOL COOKBOOK VOLUME II COMING SOON!
It’s been TWENTY YEARS since
VOL published its first Cajun Cookbook,
and it is still being used in many homes
today. Recipes from former teachers,
parents and parishioners have become
valuable to many cooks, especially around
the holidays.
If you don’t have a copy, don’t worry! You will soon be
able to purchase Volume I AND our brand-new VOL Cajun
Cookbook Volume II, just in time for the holidays!
We are now accepting recipes for Volume 2. Here are the
criteria:

Are you or someone you know
interested
in becoming Catholic?
You may e-mail your typed recipes to [email protected], or
bring a copy to the school or the Pastoral Center. The RCIA Program is designed
for adults 18 and over who are:
unbaptized, or
baptized in another Christian faith but wish to become
Catholic, or
baptized Catholics who have not yet received the
sacraments of First Communion or Confirmation, or
who received little or no instruction in the Catholic faith
as children.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING
RECIPES IS THIS FRIDAY, SEPT. 15. Classes have begun,
but it’s not too late to join!
Must include your full name and phone number (only
your name will be printed)
Must be your own recipe
Must be typed
Include accurate measurements, cook times, and
number of servings
Any food category accepted
Pre-sale forms will be available in mid-October, just in time
for Christmas shopping!
