All employees and volunteers with ongoing contact with minors need to complete all parts of the Safe Environment process. The Safe Environment class and background check must be renewed every three years. Please check out our website at vol.org for more information. Book of the Dead During the month of November we will remember our deceased in a special way. A Book of the Dead will be accessible in the vestibule for parishioners to write the names of beloved deceased relatives for whom they would like us to pray. The book will be brought up during the offertory procession and placed on a small table in front of the altar for the duration of Mass. After Mass, it will be returned to the podium in the vestibule for continued use. You are welcome to add the names of your deceased loved ones in the Book of the Dead before Masses.
