Deanery Lenten Penance Services
As we prepare for Easter, we must remind ourselves
that the forgiveness of sins is at the heart of why Christ died
on the cross; so too the Sacrament of Penance must be at the
heart of our Lenten preparation.
In order to offer each one of you every opportunity to
receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation, the West Bank
Deanery will hold Lenten Penance Services on the following
dates:
Monday, March 14 ~ Our L ady of Prom pt Succor
Tuesday, March 15 ~ V isitation of Our L ady
Wednesday, March 16 ~ Christ the K ing
All of the penance services will begin at 7 p.m.
At each of these services, multiple confessors will be available. All are
encouraged to attend one of these Lenten Penance Services to prepare your heart and
soul for the worthy celebration of Easter.
Eucharistic Adoration
Thursday, March 17 in the Day Chapel.
Call the Pastoral Center at 347-2203 to be placed on the Adoration schedule.

Way of the Cross
The Way of the Cross is being
celebrated every Friday evening during
Lent immediately following the 6 p.m.
Mass. This traditional journey to
Calvary, using the texts from Holy
Scripture, has been a consolation and
source of faith and grace to many. The
Church grants to those who participate
in the Way of the Cross a plenary
indulgence.
