The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ
Views From The Pews
Al writes about “Jack” criticizing me for,
in his opinion, being a “smart mouth
priest” in my Stewardship Homily. Here
is Al’s opinion: “Hi, Father Mike. I was
so shocked when I read in the parish bulletin where
someone referred to you as a smart mouth priest. But on
the other hand, I’m old enough to know bullies always
target easy prey where they don’t have to face any
consequences for their unacceptable behavior. This man
(Jack) has to spend more time getting his head cleared and
realizing Priests are only doing God’s work and every
Priest has his own way of spreading God’s message.”
“Thanks for the support.”

Eucharistic Adoration
Christ suffer ed and died for Y OU. His love for you is unfathomable. It’s time to take time for Him. Visit him
during Eucharistic Adoration on Thursday, June 22nd in the Day Chapel.
As you know school is not in session during the summer months, therefore the school children are not attending
adoration. Any time you can give to fill in those time slots are greatly appreciated. The Blessed Sacrament should never be
left unattended, so filling these time slots is very important. Call the Pastoral Center at 347-2203 to be placed on the
Adoration schedule. Drop ins are ALWAYS welcome!!
