As my last day at Visitation of Our Lady
approaches, you are showering me with
beautiful goodbyes. I love them all, but
my favorite so far comes from an
anonymous note. It says, “Father Mike, I wish you every
blessing as you leave us. Know as you go that you have
made a wonderfully positive difference in my life. I love
your homilies and your upbeat spirit. Thank you for all
you have done.”
“It truly has been the happiest period of my life.
Serving all of you has been an enormous treasure.”
When I leave Visitation of Our Lady, I will have
spent 5,339 days with you. A fabulous blessing!

The Mass Explained
Visitation of Our Lady Parish will
be offering The Rite of Christian
Initiation of Adults Program (RCIA)
beginning this August. The RCIA
Program is designed for adults 18
and over who are:
4 Week Liturgy Series
With Seminarian Ajani
Wednesday, June 20 th
Wednesday, June 27 th
Wednesday, July 11 th
Wednesday, July 18 th
6:00 pm
in the main body of Church
All are welcomed!
unbaptized
baptized in another Christian faith who wish to
become Catholic
baptized Catholics who have not yet received the
sacraments of First Communion or Confirmation, or
who received little or no instruction in the Catholic
faith as children.
Classes are held every Wednesday from August to April
at 7 p.m. in the Visitation of Our Lady Church meeting
room. The classes are interesting and fun. What’s more,
there are NO TESTS. For more information, call Fr. Francis
at 347-2203.
First RCIA class starts August 29, 2018.
Eucharistic Adoration
Christ suffer ed and died for Y OU. His love
for you is unfathomable. It’s time to take time
for Him. Visit Him during Eucharistic
Adoration Thursday, June 28th in the Day
Chapel.
Call the Pastoral Center at 347-2203 to be
placed on the Adoration schedule.
