The 2016 VOL Stewardship Campaign:

Every year, Visitation of Our Lady Parish has a 3-week
Stewardship Campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to
teach good stewardship; that is, living a life of
accountability and responsibility for our God-given gifts of
prayer, ministry, and sacrificial giving. This year, VOL will
incorporate our Stewardship Campaign with honoring first
responders.

Teens in grades 8 – 12 are invited to attend CYO
meetings the 4th Saturday of every month in the youth room.
Meetings start at 6:30pm and end at 8pm.
Youth in grades 5 – 7 are invited to attend meetings the
second Saturday of each month in the youth room. Meetings
start at 6:30pm and end at 8pm.

Golden Wedding Anniversary
Celebration
The Archdiocesan Golden Anniversary
Celebration will be held Sunday, June 5th at
St. Philip Neri Church in Metairie. Couples that will
celebrate their 50th year of marriage in 2016 are invited to
attend. All interested participants must register through
their Parish Church. Please call the Pastoral Center at 3472203 for a Registration Form. Forms must be turned back in
to the Pastoral Center no later than Friday, February 19th,
2016. Please Note: The celebration WILL NOT be a
Mass, but a Prayer Service. Attendance of Mass for Sunday
obligation will have to be met within one’s Parish. The
celebration will begin at 3:00 p.m.
