The Statue Of Liberty by Ezra Mac Conuladh

Statue of Liberty so bright and so warm

Who greets immigrants from the western shore

Who lights the way for the rich and the poor

We still hold the Star Spangled Banner

as if what it symbolizes were a given, not a privilege.

We take for granted that we have this world for free.

Our great big Statue, so bright and warm

reminds us that there are people still in need.
