When you hear the word “bully” you probably think of a big kid picking on a smaller kid on a school playground.
It’s unfortunate that this still happens.
It also occurs in the workplace!
Workplace Bullying is repeated, health-harming mistreatment of one or more persons (the targets) by one or more perpetrators that takes one or more of the following forms: Verbal abuse. Offensive conduct/behaviors (including nonverbal) which are threatening, humiliating or intimidating

Work interference – sabotage – which prevents work from getting done.
It can trigger many stress-related health complications for the individual being bullied- hypertension, auto-immune disorders, depression, anxiety to PTSD.
It can often disrupt a person’s career.
I was a victim of a workplace bully. For six years I endured a miserable, bullying boss. A nervous breakdown finally occurred. I had to take FMLA to try to put the pieces back together. I tried to return to my job, but in another location.
The wounds had not healed. I left the teaching profession for over a year. I had to begin taking an antidepressant and see a therapist.
I am happy to report that I am on the road to recovery. I am happily teaching again! I love the school and the people I work with. It’s been a long road…My faith in God and the loving support of family and friends have helped my healing process.

Usually I put people under the bus or dish out their dirty fashion. Today I am going interview my boss Sparks about what people are talking about. So many wants to know What is the story on Sparks and Mrbillblass? I going to asked the questions and Sparks Speak out how she feels. When did u marry Mrbillblass? I married Blass on July 21, 2013. Why all the talk about you and him all over Imvu? I dont know, but it needs to stop because people are adding things that is not true. When you said adding things? Well there tons stories that going out there, that i cheated and he cheated too. Why did u delete your friends? I had a melt down when things did not go right on the new magazine. What happen? Blass and I are too strong people and we bump heads when it got to decision making. Do you still love him? Yes. Do you mind if i interview him in next issue? No you can. I know this is hard for you? Yes, it is because we went outside Imvu. WoW! So you are still dating him? Right now our relationship on a stand still? What does that mean? It mean we donot know we can walk away being friends or more. This might be a hard question ask you, but i heard people saying , You are Big Head on Imvu. I am strong player on Imvu i control my space. Wheb i want something i go for it. Some of the women on here look at me as too bossy but i am not. What bothers you about Mrbillblass? Well he continue to let this one person who works for him continue his empire. One day he going wake up. i really dont want to mention her name because I let her name have the glory on my interview but she is the problem. Thank you oooSparksooo
