Holding Banks Accountable for the Foreclosure Crisis Since launching a campaign to hold Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and General Electric accountable for their roles in the foreclosure crisis in Prince William, VOICE organizing & negotiations have secured: ? $1.67 million for non-profit housing counselors in Prince William; ? $25 million invested in neighborhood stabilization & affordable housing; ? Commitment for a pilot “credit restoration” and new mortgage loan program for 2,500 families who lost their homes during the housing crisis; ? More than $100 million in principal and debt reduction through the National Mortgage Settlement. 4
