The service debuts on the LA to Singapore route in January to create ‘ new options for health-oriented dining , exercise , and strategies for better sleep .’

Pringles has teamed up with men ’ s health charity Movember , for the second year running , to raise awareness about mental health .
The aim is to highlight some simple questions that men can ask to initiate difficult conversations .

Prince Charles is backing a scheme where consumers can view the ‘ sustainability credentials ’ of their clothes by scanning a QR code on the label .
The Digital ID technology is already being used by leading designer brands including Giorgio Armani , Stella
McCartney , Burberry and Mulberry .
The Prince of Wales said : “ The fashion industry is one of the biggest polluters on the planet , so if we are to tackle climate change , we need to make clothing production much more sustainable .”
Dr Paul Liknaitzky , head of clinical psychedelic research at Monash University in Melbourne , said : “ This is the first trial ever to offer psilocybin as a training tool for therapists .” He said research suggested that if therapists experienced a magic mushroom ‘ trip ’ they would be ‘ better equipped to accompany clinical participants through profoundly unfamiliar terrain .’

Laughing CLASS

A top girls ’ school is running special hour-long ‘ laughter therapy lessons ’ to help beat anxiety and promote wellbeing .
The £ 15,000-a-year Brighton Girls school has employed laughter therapist Emma Jennings to run the classes for girls aged 11 and 12 to ‘ develop camaraderie .’
The ‘ laughing classes ’ are going so well that they may be extended to all pupils , teachers and even parents .
Headteacher Rosie McColl said : “ We thought it would be great to introduce a purely fun class , which they can walk away from having felt a drop in stress levels .”
