In the past I have struggled with getting a full night ’ s sleep , waking up and stirring every couple of hours .
So , I was delighted to be able to review the Well Lab Rest 02 CBD Oil to see if it would help . And help it certainly did . By taking just a few drops of the 1,200mg oil , I found that I no longer struggled to sleep and I soon drifted off for a full eight hours . The Rest CBD oil contains the supplements passionflower and camomile extract , which are well known for their sleep-boosting properties .
The flavour profile of this oil was incredible . I loved the lavender and wild fruit combination which worked perfectly for me and had a fantastic aftertaste . The Well Lab brand offers various CBD oils , coming in different concentrations and all tailored for the individual ’ s needs .
In my opinion , this broad-spectrum CBD product is better than many on the market and it works just great . If you are struggling to sleep this is well worth a try .
