DogTV

Dog expert Amanda Taylor sat down with her pet pooch Patch , six , and give DogTV a test run . Amanda , from Stoke-on-Trent , owns her own dog walking and training company , Taylor ’ s Trails , which has grown rapidly since she set it up three years ago .
Review : Amanda Taylor and Patch
I was pleasantly surprised by DogTV but , more to the point , Patch loved it too .
I signed up for the seven-day free trial after seeing an advert for the new channel .
My first thought was that the advert did not do it justice , as there is such a vast range of content on offer .
Not only is there a huge amount of entertainment for your fur baby but there is a lot for you as well .
My boy Patch is full of energy , so I was really pleased that he enjoyed the ‘ relaxation ’ and ‘ goodnight ’ segments .
I normally play nature sounds before going to bed but will switch to DogTV now as it really does the trick .
Unfortunately , the ‘ stimulation ’ segment wasn ’ t for my boy . While he certainly found it stimulating , it also made him more heightened and he started barking and growling at every little noise .
‘ Tricks for treats ’ was fantastic as it helped you to break the tricks down into easy steps while bonding with your dog . There was an entire section for first-time puppy owners and I absolutely loved the dog chef who has put together easy , inexpensive and nutritious recipes for your pooch .
DogTV has catered for all temperaments and personalities and myself and Patch give it the paws up .
