“ But my shop ’ s taken a massive hit , so it ’ s ups and downs .” As a devastating result of the pandemic , a lot of ODB ’ s neighbouring stores have faced closure . However , ODB has managed to stay afloat during these uncertain COVID times . “ I think we were quite lucky , I had just won an award for South England Vape Shop of the Year , so a lot of people have been coming in to check out the store . “ They like the whole family vibe . I ’ ve got Star Wars all over the walls , as well as pictures that my daughter made … people really jumped into that family feel . “ These are hard times for our industry right now , but we are a very big community and if everyone helps each other then we will get through this .”
