Dinner Lady has always been the epitome of quality and innovation , a fact that isn ’ t lost on their newly released disposable vape pen . Flaunting a host of premium materials and an expansive roster of mouth-watering e-liquid flavours , there ’ s no doubt that it ’ s one of the best disposables currently on the market . After copious amounts of research and development , the Dinner Lady team improved both the battery and the coil , optimising the pen for the ultimate vaping experience . It now has a 350mAh grade A Li-ion battery and a 1.6Ohm atomiser , alongside a proprietary cotton blend wick for flawless flavour delivery . The device also boasts revolutionary fibreglass fireproofing and a stainless-steel body capable of withstanding upwards of 9kg of pressure with ease . Unfortunately , for me , the biggest flaw in the product itself was in the otherwise wonderfully designed packaging . As somebody who struggles with identifying colours , I found it hard to differentiate between a few of the boxes and subsequent devices . The Banana Ice , Lemon Tart , Lemon Sherbets Ice and Citrus Ice are all very similar colours , which made it near impossible for me to tell the difference between them . More so , the sleek and modern look of the pens didn ’ t allow for any labelling , so I could have very easily reached for a taste of citrus , only to be surprised with a hit of banana . However , this is an easy fix and didn ’ t greatly impact my experience with these devices . Available in 13 flavours , each one combined with a 20mg salt nicotine base and offering users up to 400 puffs , this disposable is the perfect choice no matter what your palate . Lemon Tart There ’ s no denying that Dinner Lady ’ s award-winning masterpiece ,
Lemon Tart , is one of the best flavours available . The sweet lemon meringue and butter biscuit crust blend together perfectly in zesty harmony , with the last taste being just as flavourful as the first . Banana Ice I ’ m not normally one for banana flavoured e-liquids , it ’ s a challenging blend to get right and most brands struggle to do so . The same can ’ t be said for this flavour , which felt more like sipping a refreshing banana milkshake on a hot summer ’ s day than taking a vape on a Monday morning in the office . All in all , a subtle and satisfying banana cream combination . Mango Ice A mango-lover ’ s dream , this cool flavour is a fruit blend bursting with rich , tarty notes and is ideal for those days in the sun . Each exhale of this juice is accompanied by a wave of icy , sugary goodness , quenching your thirst for something sweeter . Fruit Mix This is perfectly balanced , with notes of grape , berry and citrus all coming together to create a barrage of exciting flavours . There is a danger with complex profiles that some elements can get lost in the mix … but not here . This is just sublime . Strawberry Macaroon A phenomenal dessert flavour that , for me , comes in close second to the acclaimed Lemon Tart liquid . Dinner Lady ’ s Strawberry Macaroon is a sweet and moreish mix , with the ripe flavour of strawberries acting as the foundations on which the juice can thrive . Bubble-gum Ice This juice is 100 percent , unadulterated bubble-gum , just the way I like it . Every inhale of this flavour cast me back to my youth , raiding the sweetshop and walking home with pockets – and cheeks – full to the brim with bubble-gum candy . This will definitely be a flavour that I will come back to time and time again .
