When you buy a Vaporesso product , even before you have taken it out of the box , you are anticipating something great .
You automatically expect it to deliver the best performance , flavour excellence and the best build quality in the game of mass manufactured mods . And in the case of the Swag PX80 , this device does not let you down .
Right out the box , I was impressed with the design of the device . It fits well in the hand , with a great leather grip built into the side that sits comfortably against your palm . The little touches like this really make Vaporesso stand out from the crowd .
One of my favorite features from the hardware giant ’ s latest offering is the stealth screen incorporated into the carbon fiber-like side of the mod . I was initially confused as to where the screen was and almost thought it didn ’ t have one at first .
I am the same as a lot of vapers these days and mainly use pod systems and AIO ’ s combined with higher strength nic salts . So it ’ s been quite refreshing to revert back to a sub-Ohm device with some lower nicotine freebase and chuck some moderate clouds and have a great flavour experience at the same time .
I don ’ t think you could really ask for more from a sub-Ohm device , it not only does the job but it does it flawlessly . From battery life to the power output , from flavour accurateness to the satisfying click of the fire and wattage buttons there is no complaint from me .
It really is a joy to use this device and I would recommend it to novice and experienced vapers alike . It has definitely proved itself to me and made it to the exclusive daily mod selection that sits proudly on my desk .
It was only when I loaded a fresh 18650 battery that it revealed itself from its disguised location . I ’ m not going to lie , I was probably a little bit more excited with this than I should have been . But it ’ s the little things in life isn ’ t it ! This is one of the best screen designs on any mod I ’ ve ever seen and I couldn ’ t help showing it off to everyone I saw . The LED screen is clear , well laid out and visible in all lighting situations that life throws at you .
The tank is , as most are these days , a magnetized design with great secure magnets that you aren ’ t afraid might come loose in your pocket or bag . The coils are easy to install , with Vaperesso ’ s locking and unlocking drip tip feature . At first I was skeptical of this but , I must say , it ’ s a great design and works really well . I enjoyed brilliant flavour from the stock coils which provided great vapor production .
