Salvete ! Welcome to the 2023 Forum ! My name is Reagan Labert , and I am proud to be your 2023 VJCL Editor . As promised in my campaign , my design of the Forum has been created to promote participation , and it does so in three ways : connecting content to the NJCL theme , informing readers about state events and opportunities , and engaging readers in a fun , meaningful way .
