Hello again,

I wanted to catch you again at the end of this issue, before I wrap everything up. Firstly, I'd like to say thank you for reading all the way through all 40 pages of this edition. I sincerely hope that you enjoyed the 2020 Fall Forum, and that you could feel a sense of JCLove and community through it (even from the other side of a screen). I'd also like to say thank you for being so supportive of all three of the VJCL Forums I've created this year. Truly, the success of these publications would not have been possible without all of the help and support given to me by my sponsors Mr. Kim and Mrs. Doerfler from Flint Hill, my fellow 2019-2020 VJCL Officers, the four wonderful cochairs, all of the wonderful featured writers, and VJCLers in general for being amazing and making me feel so welcome.

I've been a part of the VJCL since I was in seventh grade, but never in a million years would I have predicted I would be a VJCL Officer. After I came into office in December, even though I wasn't elected at convention, I was greeted with such an overwhelming sense of community and support from all of the members of the VJCL, especially after the Winter Forum was released. It certainly has been a crazy journey since the release of the Winter Forum in February, but I'm so grateful for all of the memories I've collected along the way.

Most of all, I wanted to let it be known that the Forum would not be possible without the VJCL. If not for all of the amazing things VJCLers do, I wouldnt have been able to create the publications that I did. Thank you for being so amazing. The success of the Forum would not have been possible without all of the remarkable content I was able to fill it with, content that came from all of you.

I am immensely grateful for being given the opportunity to serve as your Editor this past year. But, most of all, I am so overwhelmingly proud of the work that I have produced with the help of this wonderful organization and the wonderful people that comprise it. I will miss getting to create these publications for you to view and read but, at the end of the day, I'm glad that I'm able to say I had a pretty good run serving the VJCL this year as it's Editor. Thank you, VJCL, for allowing me to share and preserve your voices and memories.

All the best,

Natalie Naylor, your 2019-2020 VJCL Editor
