Welcome ( and Goodbye )
As I write this final edition , I can ’ t help but take a moment to express the overwhelming gratitude I have for the incredible journey we ' ve shared over the past year . It feels like mere moments since I took on the role of editor , but , at the same time , I have so many fond memories of curating these newsletters and interacting with countless VJCL-ers along the way . Your enthusiasm and support has made this endeavor immensely rewarding .
As you delve into these pages , my hope is that the articles within ignite your passion for the Classics and their rich history . This marks my farewell as editor , but I am just as excited as you are to see the incredible work of my successor . I extend my deepest thanks and best wishes for the continuation of your Latin journey .
