WELCOME TO MY KIDS DENTIST MAGAZINE
A LETTER FROM DR. CAROLINE NGUYEN
As we reach the end of another busy school term and head into the winter holidays, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for being part of our My Kids Dentist community.
Term Two is often one of the busiest times of the year for families. School, sport, activities, birthdays, and everything else that fills the calendar can make the weeks fly by. Before we know it, the holidays have arrived and we finally have a chance to slow down.
At the practice, winter is when we often see children with little dental concerns that have been easy to miss during the busy school term.
A wobbly tooth that isn ' t quite right. A sensitivity that ' s been mentioned once or twice. A check-up that was meant to be booked months ago.
The good news is that most dental problems are much easier to manage when they ' re identified early.
The school holidays are a great opportunity to reset routines and check in on your child ' s oral health. It ' s also a chance to replace old toothbrushes, encourage healthy habits, and make sure growing smiles are staying on track. In this issue, we ' ve put together practical advice, expert tips, and answers to some of the most common questions we hear from parents. As always, our goal is to provide information you can trust, without the confusion or overwhelm.
Whether your child is losing their first baby tooth or preparing for their final years of school, we ' re here to support your family every step of the way. Wishing you a safe, warm, and relaxing winter break. Here ' s to healthy smiles, happy holidays, and a wonderful start to Term Three.
Warmly
Caroline
