50 years of hope
In July 2013 Vitalise celebrated 50 years of existence. This great charity started life on 8 July 1963 as the Winged Fellowship Trust and in 2004 became Vitalise. In this commemorative book we celebrate an incredible journey spanning half a century. It is the story of one extraordinary person’s dream and how that dream was sustained by the vision and tenacity of so many people over the ensuing five decades. We dedicate this book with profound thanks to the pioneering individuals who helped transform this charity from its humblest beginnings into the Vitalise we know and love today.
