Caring for the Skin You’re In
Dermatologist Denise Puthuff, MD, has been helping patients
in Louisville since she was a teenager volunteering at Norton
Suburban in her spare time. She graduated from the University of
Louisville School of Medicine and completed residency programs
in both Dermatology and Internal Medicine. Today, Dr. Puthuff is
a senior physician at Brownsboro Dermatology, which she and
her good friend Dr. Laura Klein opened in September of 2000.
GLMS recently sat down with Dr. Puthuff to talk skin care. Topics included the importance of protection in summer months, the most common
conditions and diseases which dermatologists see, and the misconceptions many
