More interested in a craft cocktail? Check out the creations at R. House’ s center bar, R. Bar. Two renowned Baltimore beverage directors, Amie Ward and Aaron Joseph, are the brains behind the creative, ever-changing cocktail menu. The list is recreated on a biweekly basis, adding new concepts with each change. The menu has featured a wide-ranging array of themes, with drinks based on everything from the films of John Waters to Saturday morning cartoons— that last list includes concoctions like Smurfette( that’ s vodka, blueberry mint and ginger beer) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles( a savory blend of pepperoni-bonded bourbon, rum, amaro, onion, garlic and raw sugar syrup).
