Baltimore , Anaheim / Orange County and San Antonio joined forces to create “ Synchronicities ,” a three-city , multi-year booking package designed to save meeting professionals time and money .
The geographic diversity of the three cities , seamless knowledge transfer , enhanced marketing and attendance building and united services platform make the partnership a natural fit for planners who rotate their events to different parts of the country . Synchronicities successfully booked the International Association of Events and Exhibitions ( IAEE ), the National Postal Forum and the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials , each for three-year rotations with this innovative platform .
