WARNER STREET DISTRICT
Envisioned as Baltimore ’ s next entertainment hub , the 250,000-square-foot Warner Street District will connect M & T Bank Stadium ( home to the NFL ’ s Baltimore Ravens ) and Caesar ’ s Horseshoe Casino . The formerly abandoned industrial zone will transform into a recreational center , anchored by the Paramount , a new $ 50-million music venue with a 4,000-seat theater and a beer garden in a building that takes design inspiration from the neighborhood ’ s industrial roots . Other businesses coming to the district include a two-story location of sports bar and driving range Topgolf , a rejuvenation of Hammerjacks ( a beloved Baltimore entertainment venue that closed in 1997 ), a hotel and retail shops .

The project has committed to rejuvenating the southern waterfront park along the Gwynns Falls Trail and Ridgely ’ s Cove .
