Visit Baltimore’s vision includes an action plan that steers the organization
toward the future over the next several years.
The following five pillars provide a barometer against which all decisions must
be measured. They are:

A Values-Driven Organization
After completing the strategic visioning process and establishing these pillars,
the team focused on identifying organizational core values. The entire Visit
Baltimore staff participated in a day-long workshop to agree upon the following:
