Did you find any difficulties on your way to the Blockchain
community?
The only difficulty I found was that it is mostly developers,
and getting layman explanations was almost impossible
early on. That has gotten much better as blockchain beco-
mes a real part of many other industries.
What can women bring more than men into the Blockchain
industry and community?
I think women and men often approach problem-solving
from different perspectives.
For me, diversity of any kind in any industry brings more
ideas for effective solutions.
Which advice can you give to women who want to join this
industry ?
Jump in! We are at the very beginning of
what is possible with the Blockchain tech-
nology and most people still know little to nothing abo-
ut what is possible. There are resources being developed for
every level of interest and knowledge and everyone has so-
mething to contribute.
