Our tiered loyalty program means WE, the club, give YOU, the members, extra benefits and rewards the more regularly you visit us.
Each time you visit the club, simply present your card at the bar or restaurant when you make a purchase to earn Kempsey Macleay Reward Points.
You can also earn points by correctly inserting your membership card into the console of a gaming machine whilst playing. The more points you earn the higher up the tiered loyalty program you progress!
What are the tier levels? Kempsey Macleay Rewards has 4 tiers.
Bronze
Silver Gold Platinum Earning your points:

Earn 1 point = for every $ 1 spent within the club on food or beverage |
0- 1,000 Player Points |
1,001- 12,500 Player Points |
12,501- 30,000 Player Points |
30,000 + Player Points |

Earn 1 point = for every $ 10 in turnover on any Electronic Gaming Machine( EGM). |
Expiration of Bonus Points
All members bonus points will expire on the 31st December each year with the exception of the Gold and Platinum tiers. Gold and Platunum will not expire.
Opting Out
If you do not wish to participate in the loyalty program, please see a staff member who can organise to remove you from the program. You will still remain a member of the club.
Terms and conditions and fees apply to the use of your card. Minimum and maximum transfer amounts may apply. Refer to the PDS. Gobsmacked Loyalty Pty Ltd ABN 60 098 218 216( AFSL 444609) is the issuer of the card. The PDS is available and can be obtained online at www. kempseymacleayrsl. com. au. You should consider the PDS in deciding whether or not to acquire or keep the card. Kempsey Macleay RSL Club Limited is responsible for the Viva Life Rewards program and promotions and the conversion of reward points to monetary value. Refer to the Kempsey Macleay RSL Club Limited reward promotions and program terms and conditions.
