Recipe

GLAZED VIRGINIA HAM
Ingredients
3 Cups of Brown Sugar
1 Tsp 5 Spice
Zest of 1 Orange
Hand full Cloves
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
Prepare your Ham by cutting the
rind from the top, ensuring to
leave the layer of fat, score the
fat in 1cm diameter diamond
pattern, and stud the diamond
section with cloves.
DRY RUB
Mix all ingredients together,
pat dry mix over the top of
the ham ensuring a gentle
pat/rub so that cloves
don’t dislodge.
Place Ham in oven for 2hrs or
until sugar is dissolved leaving
a dark caramel glaze.
(Can baste throughout
cooking process with pan
juices for better finish)
