A business update from Taxiarchis
As we transitioned out of the challenging chapter brought about by the Covid pandemic in 2022 , our collective hope was to return to a sense of normalcy , envisioning a world free from restrictions and ourishing economies . However , the reality has been quite dierent . The outbreak of the Ukraine war in February 2022 , compounded by soaring ination and supply chain disruptions , has presented ongoing global challenges . Many countries , including China , have continued to enforce movement restrictions , preventing a complete return to pre-pandemic operations . These forces have had a notable impact on the motor supply chain and , on a broader scale , the VGRRR industry .
Nevertheless , Autoglass ® remain resilient , responsible , and reliable , and we are proud of our 2023 achievements so far :
• Strong NPS scores
• Recalibration growing rapidly and Autoglass ® footprint expanding to meet customer needs
• Strong engagement with a 95 % participation rate in our Employee Engagement survey
• World-class technician retention rate
• A commitment to health , safety , and well-being , and environmental sustainability goals such as 100 % renewable electricity and 100 % glass recycling
• A steadily increasing female technician population
In the face of challenges , we are forging ahead with resilience and determination , poised for a bright and promising year ahead , anchored by strong values and a commitment to excellence .
Best regards , Taxiarchis Konstantopoulos Managing Director , Autoglass ®
