The Future Foods project is inspired by the global food situation and the need to stock food in case of a food world crisis. At the European level, the Green Deal program comes as a solution aimed at accelerating the transition to sustainable, healthy and resilient food systems.
The project aims to raise awareness among students about the impact of food production on the environment and to emphasize food security. In the project, we emphasized local and cultural diversity with a focus on promoting fair, simple, healthier and ecological food systems.
By using artificial intelligence and digital tools, students will develop innovative solutions for sustainable food production and consumption, combining these solutions with cultural preparations and traditions to support the transformation of food systems. By addressing global food security issues, the project aims to respect the limits and capabilities of the planet.
