We were focused on following objectives :
- Acquiring knowledge about healthy lifestyle through the proposed project activities ;
- To learn and adapt a healthy and balanced lifestyle both physically and mentally for a healthy state of wellbeing ;
- To acquire and strengthen their skills regarding health education , personal hygiene , from an early age ;
- To learn to form a routine for strengthening the body and increasing immunity , to prevent and abandon unhealthy habits ;
- Developing digital skills using various applications individually or in collaboration ; English training and improvement ;
- The exchange of intercultural elements , the discovery of other cultures and life habits of the partners .
The eTwinning project “ SDG for WDW ” addresses the current issue with a focus on wellness in a post-pandemic world that affects our daily existence . The theme of the project itself is the awareness of building a mindful and healthy lifestyle to be able to cope with the daily needs of student life and especially to form healthy habits in a constantly changing digital world .
Pedagogical methods aimed for development of 21 st Century Skills . Therefore , we had a nice collaboration and interaction between the students . There were tasks that required students to work individually or face-to-face , in
The assignments within the project required the students to document work and create their own digital content . We considered creativity , collaboration and working in mixed teams .
The project is transdisciplinary approached , thus integrating discipline like : Chemistry / Biochemistry-Elements of Nutrition , Physical Education-Sport , History-Culture- Cultural Dialogue , Health Education , Entrepreneurial Education , Time Management , Food Hygiene , Biology-Body Hygiene , Geography-Location of partners , English Language , ITC-digital .
