eTwinning as the heart of Erasmus This experience proved to be a resounding success and a shining example of how eTwinning and Erasmus mobilities should truly interact. Too often at educational conferences, we hear that eTwinning is an integral part of Erasmus, yet in practice, it is frequently reduced to a digital showcase used only to upload photos after a trip has ended. Without our continuous TwinSpace collaboration over the preceding months, the educational impact and historical learning would have been fleeting. Instead, embedding eTwinning as the active, yearlong backbone of our project turned two brief mobilities into an unforgettable, deeply transformative European journey.

ARDUBOTS RACE – How Arduino Robots Brought Together Students from Serbia, France and Italy by Dalibor Todorović
It all started with a simple, yet unusual, idea: what would happen if students from three different countries jointly designed, built and programmed their own robot – and then sent it to race? The answer came in the form of the eTwinning project Ardubots RACE – Robotics Arduino Challenge in Europe, developed in cooperation with my colleague Jean-Noël Pédeutour from the French school Lycée Saint Cricq Pau, soon joined by the Italian school IIS " Cavour-Marconi-Pascal " from Perugia and the First Belgrade Gymnasium.
The project was aimed at 16- to 18-yearold students and was fully integrated into the regular curriculum of Programming and Object-Oriented Programming, as well as into the work of the IT club. The goal was ambitious: to promote intercultural understanding, teamwork and STEM skills through the creation and programming of autonomous robots based on the Arduino platform.
