The WX Advantage Radar by REX SIMULATIONS is a new product modeled after the Bendix RDR-4B weather radar system. This product is a unique and different product from the regular weather radar. This Product doesn’t require you to have Active Sky Next, The WX advantage Radar works with ANY third-party weather engine. Meaning this product will work with ANY freeware weather engine, ANY payware weather engine, and the built in weather engines in Prepar3D, Microsoft Flight Simulator X, and FSX: Steam Edition. I have recently bought the WX Advantage Radar with the special discount REX has given to the pilots and staff of Virtual UA. I like this product because it tells me by color coding how much rain there is
in an area and where major turbulence is. Now, with the WX advantage Radar, I can avoid my aircraft hitting surprising severe turbulence by turning 5 degrees right or making a change in the flight plan. If I do go through turbulence now, I can turn on the Seatbelt Signs before the aircraft enters the turbulence and advise the crew and passengers to take their seats so they don’t get injured, thanks to the WX Advantage Radar. This product also has a unique cloud scan and a realistic Tilt system! I would highly recommend this product to flightsim pilots because it has helped me out a lot to avoid bad weather and turbulence throughout my flights.
