The Technology department has been working very hard lately to make sure our pilots have the best experience at Virtual UA. They have some updates that they would like everyone to know about their recent works. The Technology Department has been working on issues with Virtual UA’s custom ACARS program and there will be improvements and updates coming to our ACARS soon. A teaser will be coming out soon so stay tuned for the teaser! The Technology department has taken your feedback from the town hall meetings and incorporated that into the development of future ACARS and website development stages. Secondly, a new frontend for virtualua.org was released yesterday, the fourth of July. Andrew Ward redesigned our main site to facilitate modern development technologies to help the website be more up to date, modern, and look better! Be on the lookout for a new technology survey coming out soon! This will give the Technology department an idea about our “target audience” and is targeted at our community, stay tuned for the survey! Are you dedicated to Virtual UA? Have you put in a lot of time for Virtual UA? Do you want to be more than just a pilot for Virtual UA? Are you willing to put in time and effort for Virtual UA?
