THIS IS A GREAT EXERCISE TO
WARM UP YOUR LEGS AND
HIPS BEFORE PLAYING GOLF.
1. Stand and place a hand on a
golf club or wall to help you stay
balanced.
2. Balance on one leg, then swing the
other leg like a pendulum across
your body.
3. After 10 swings, switch your “swing”
leg and repeat.

LUNGE WITH ROTATION
›› THIS LEG-AND-CORE WARM-UP DOES A GREAT
JOB MIMICKING THE MOTION OF THE GOLF SWING.
1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms out
straight in front of you.
2. Step a foot out into a lunge position, bending both knees
when you lunge.
3. Rotate your torso so your arms move upwards and over
your lead leg.
4. Rotate back forward, stand back up and lunge forward
with the other leg.
5. Repeat until you have performed six lunges with each leg
in the forward position.
