FUN FACT
Though it plays as a par-5 for members, the 9th is expected to be played as a long par-4 for the Korn Ferry Tour Championship in October.

HOW TO PLAY IT

For those willing to take on the double risk this hole offers, the play is driver over the right bunker with a ball turning left to right. This shortcut gives the player the opportunity to attack the green on their second shot, with the best miss being the left greenside bunker. For those less interested in taking on the multitude of dangers, a club less than driver toward the left fairway bunker widens the tee shot. From there, the play is an iron that won’ t reach the body of water, leaving approximately 100 yards to the green. A wedge shot from this point in the fairway may be easier than the up and down facing the aggressive player near the green. The front half of the green is sloped back to front and left to right, so be careful with excessive spin on the approach. It will be interesting to see the strategies adopted by the Korn Ferry Tour players this October.
The green is well guarded with bunkers front and back and water on the right.
