I n 2023— at the 100th anniversary of The Cascades Course of the Omni Homestead Resort & Spa in Hot Springs— the USGA announced that The Cascades Course had been selected to host two upcoming national championships. These events include the 2025 USGA Senior Women’ s Amateur, to be held September 13-18, as well as the 2029 U. S. Senior Amateur. These tournaments mark the ninth and 10th national championships contested on the historic Cascades Course.

Neither player was ever more than 2-up, and the match went to the 22nd
