BEFORE YOU CHANGE THINGS UP When introducing a new move or technique into your golf game , it ’ s important to not rush the process .
The first step you should take is making slow , deliberate swings while looking in a mirror or using video feedback . When practicing a new move , it is always key that you start slow and without a ball .
The second step is performing practice swings at full length with 50 percent speed , and focus on hitting the ground in the proper spot .
The third step is to introduce a golf ball , preferably on a tee . Take slow swings , focusing more on the movement and not as much on the contact or ball flight yet .
