Executive Day and invited her to lead a 45-minute session for their members .
“ Most of her session focused on the attitude to have around golf and understanding where it fits into our lives ,” Boniface said .
The event not only fostered open conversations but also brought new members to the group .
“ One thing we ’ ve always struggled with in attracting new members is that intimidation factor ,” Boniface said . “ Her session really opened a lot of conversations , and we gained some new members to our group .”
The success of that event highlights Roberts ’ dedication to empowering women through golf .
“ I do not teach people how to play golf , I leave that to the pros ,” she said . “ I take someone who really wants to play for whatever reason and coach them through building up their confidence .”
Roberts has observed that women pursue golf for a variety of different reasons . Whether they see it as a networking tool or a way to spend more time with loved ones , their goals are unique — and her programs are tailored to each woman ’ s individual priorities .
“ If your goal is to be able to go on vacation with your significant other to play nine holes of golf and spend quality time together , I will help you reach that goal ,” she explained .
Roberts offers four packages , including looking at equipment and clothing , discussing etiquette and rules , and even going to a driving range or putting green if the client wants .
“ If etiquette is one of their goals that we identified upfront in our coaching sessions , then I have documentation that I share with them that outlines the top 15 etiquette rules to keep in mind ,” she said . “ I also give them some resources and links to different articles and the USGA website .”

As Roberts has learned , the benefits of golf extend far beyond the fairway . The game provides opportunities for relationship building and shared experiences that can create strong bonds , both professionally and personally .
“ Gender equity in the business world is still a major issue ,” Roberts said . “ Anything that a woman can do to level the playing field in the business world is huge . And I think golf is one way to gain entry into a more equal playing field because you get that exposure and the chance to meet people you wouldn ’ t otherwise know .”
Beyond networking , golf offers significant mental and emotional benefits .
“ The unexpected benefit for me was really building my mental resilience ,” she shared . “ Golf is a very individual sport , so it ’ s a mental game . Your resilience is about taking every shot one at a time , letting go of the bad holes , seeing new holes as new opportunities , and not letting your emotions get in the way — it transfers into all parts of your life .”
These lessons are transformative for women navigating challenges both on and

off the course . By simplifying the game and providing a supportive , welcoming environment , Roberts has crafted a solution that empowers women to step onto the first tee without hesitation or fear .
“ I highly recommend Golf Ready Ladies Coaching to anyone interested in taking up golf ,” a client said on the website . “ Her program was individualized and well-organized to fit my personal needs . She gave me the knowledge of how to start and , more importantly , the confidence to go out there .”
Golf Ready Ladies Coaching is the ideal starting point for women who want to play with loved ones , build connections or take on a new sport and embrace a fresh challenge .
Many barriers persist for women in all aspects of life , but as the business continues to grow , Roberts hopes to show women that there is a pathway to entry for anything .
