These quick exercises will help your body get ready to
perform on the course after a long winter layoff

HELICOPTER | 8 REPS (EACH SIDE)
Stand tall, with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms straight out to your sides.
While keeping your lower body quiet, move your arms and upper body in a helicopter
motion. Rotate to the right from head to toe, letting your left foot pivot. (You should be
able to see all the spikes on the bottom of your golf shoe.) After eight reps, repeat on
the left side.
