Gold Mountain Golf Club Olympic Course ( Bremerton ) – Opened in 1996 and mapped through large-growth evergreens , this par-72 layout was designed by John Harbottle III and has hosted two USGA Championships and two NCAA Men ’ s Regional Championships . The rolling , but walkable Olympic Course plays to 7,158 yards and offers five sets of tees . It is part of a 36-hole municipal facility that includes the 6,848-yard Cascade Course . The Olympic Course was listed in 2021 among the Top 30 Muni Courses in America .
The Home Course ( DuPont ) – Owned and operated by the Pacific Northwest Golf Association and Washington Golf , this walkable par-72 course was designed by Mike Asmundson on the former site of DuPont ’ s dynamite manufacturing plant . Established in 2007 just south of Tacoma , this rolling layout nestled amid native grasses plays up to 7,420 yards with seven teeing areas and views of surrounding natural wonders , including the Puget Sound , Mount Rainier and the Olympic Mountains .
Salish Cliffs Golf Club ( Shelton ) – Located 70 miles from Seattle , this par-72 Gene Bates design opened in 2011 at the Little Creek Casino Resort owned by the Squaxin Island Tribe . Measuring up to 7,269 yards , the course features bentgrass tees and greens , ryegrass rough , dramatic elevation changes on a layout dotted by rock outcroppings and surrounded by lush forest and scenic views of the Kamilche Valley . Holes 9 and 18 share a 15,000-square-foot double green .
Wine Valley Golf Club ( Walla Walla ) – Dan Hixson designed this 7,600-yard , par-72 championship course that is routed through rolling wheat fields and Blue Mountains foothills . Opened in 2009 , the course features strategic and expansive bunkering , water hazards , native grasses lining wide fairways and large , undulating greens that are known to be fast and firm . Option of five teeing areas .

The Coeur d ’ Alene Resort Golf Course ( Coeur d ’ Alene ) – Known for its 14th hole , the “ floating green ” plays from 140-220 yards and offers a fun highlight on this par-71 design by Scott Miller . The 6,803-yard course is routed over 200 acres around Lake Coeur d ’ Alene , a forest ridge , rolling woodlands and Fernan Creek with water views on nearly every hole . The course also features bentgrass tees , greens and fairways . Forecaddies are required for each foursome and the resort ’ s spa provides complimentary preround sports massages on the practice tee .
