BRIDGESTONE GOLF 2015 Lady Precept ball Has it really been 16 years since the Lady Precept ball took the male golf world by storm? To celebrate its Sweet 16, Bridgestone Golf has given the ball a makeover. The company claims its 2015 Lady Precept ball is now the softest women’s ball on the market, with optimal performance for moderate swing speeds, along with enhanced feel and distance. Through their well-regarded ball-fitting program, Bridgestone officials say they’ve now catalogued swing speed data from more than 15,000 women golfers. From that information, they deduced what female golfers needed to help catapult their games to the next level. Its 450cc titanium clubhead has an Active Recoil Channel behind the clubface, allowing the clubface to flex at impact. Also part of the new MOTO program is the 915 Rd 18-degree fairway wood that generates low spin, for more distance. It likewise features the Active Recoil Channel, a high-speed thin clubface insert. A 160cc clubhead with traditional pear shaping makes it both workable and forgiving, and delivers a slightly lower launch than the 915F.
