LIV GOLF 2026 Goodbye 54-hole events. LIV announced late in 2025 that it was expanding its tournaments to 72 holes to emulate other professional tours around the world. Presumably, the move is to help LIV players earn Official World Golf Ranking points, a sticking point in recent years.
