It’s the story of maybe the greatest upset in golf history—sorry, Francis Ouimet. That would be unknown Jack Fleck’s comeback from nine shots and eventual takedown of mighty Ben Hogan in an 18-hole playoff at the 1955 U.S. Open Championship at The Olympic Club in San Francisco, Calif.
